# Vendor Policy & Guidelines Seasonal Market at Koren Farms Welcome to the Seasonal Market at Koren Farms! To ensure a safe, successful, and professional environment for our community, all vendors are required to read, understand, and adhere to the following policies. 1. Professional Conduct Standard of Care: Vendors must maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and respect toward customers, farm staff, and fellow vendors at all times. Booth Integrity: Your booth represents both your business and Koren Farms. Please keep your area clean, organized, and safe for shoppers. 2. Arrival and Setup Hours Load-In Window: Vendors must arrive between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM on market days. Readiness: All vendors must be completely set up and ready to operate by the start of market hours. Late arrivals may forfeit their space for the day. 3. Equipment, Tents, and Safety Vendor Responsibility: Vendors are entirely responsible for providing and setting up their own structures (tents, tables, chairs, and displays). Securing Setups:Due to unpredictable weather and wind conditions, **all tents and setups must be securely anchored and weighted down.** Koren Farms is not liable for any damage caused by unsecured equipment. 4. Parking Logistics Limited Space: Parking within the market area is strictly limited. Blocked-In Policy: Please be aware that once parked and set up, **vehicles will be blocked in** for the duration of the market hours. Plan ahead and bring all necessary inventory to your booth during the morning load-in window. 5. Attendance and Early Departure Full-Day Commitment:All vendors are required to remain open for business until the official end of the event. Early Pack-Up: Packing up early is disruptive and unsafe for remaining shoppers. Vendors **must stay until the end of the event before beginning to dismantle their setup.Emergency Exception:** If an urgent situation arises and you must leave during the day, **you must notify market management prior to taking any action** so we can assist you safely. Compliance Notice:Failure to comply with these rules may result in the termination of your vendor space without a refund. Cancellations must be done 45 days in advance for refunds and must be in writing via email. Less than 45 days there will be no refunds or credits. In the event of a rain out we will move the event date. Thank you for your cooperation in making the Koren Farms Seasonal Market a fantastic experience for everyone!
